Cancellation & Refund Policy

Customer Cancellation

Cancellation charges may apply as follows:

  • More than 30 days before departure: Minimal processing fee
  • 15–30 days before departure: Partial cancellation charges
  • Less than 15 days before departure: Higher cancellation charges
  • No-show or last-minute cancellation: Non-refundable

Cancellation by Altora
